| While the team name is new, many of the team members of Tri-State Paranormal have been investigating the paranormal of Siouxland for many years now. The original group was founded by Kellie, who had her training with Joe Leto the founder of IPART a TAPS Family Member. Kellie's original group was a sub group of IPART serving the Siouxland area. In 2008 the group ventured out on its own, Kellie and John founded TSPS, Tri-State Paranormal Services. |
